Forma RF Treatment

Forma RF is a treatment for all ages and is suitable for all skin tones/types. This treatment is appropriate for anyone seeking a non-invasive and natural looking approach to increase collagen production and improve skin laxity, especially around the eyes, cheeks and jawline while creating contour, definition and improving fine lines and wrinkles.

Forma RF is the perfect treatment to have in preparation for a wedding, event, or social gathering. One of the greatest benefits of Forma RF is the lift and glow patients experience post treatment, making it the go-to for when all eyes are on you!

You will be scheduled in for a one-on-one consultation with our OC Skin therapist to discuss your areas of concern as well as your relevant medical history. We then work together to create a customised treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals.

During treatment, your skin will be cleansed, and a conductive gel will be applied on the area of focus. Our state-of-the-art Forma RF device is then strategically manoeuvred along the skin until the desired temperature and energy output is reached. A concentrated serum will then be applied to the skin, followed by sunscreen.

Whilst heat is used during treatment, this is tolerable and has been likened to a hot stone massage. Skin may appear slightly red/flushed post treatment, however, this will subside throughout the day.

This is a comfortable treatment with no downtime, however, as Forma RF produces heat to induce collagen production, this heat must be retained for optimal treatment results, therefore ice or any external cooling aids must not be applied to the skin immediately post procedure.

Slight redness in the treatment area is common post-procedure and will subside within a few hours. As always, we recommended that sunscreen is applied post procedure and that you continue to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day.

Not all patients will require maintenance sessions of Forma RF upon completion of a course of treatments, however, this depends on your skin condition and your personal goals.

For patients that would like to preserve the results achieved, further Forma RF treatments can be performed on an ‘as need’ basis.

The cost of Forma RF treatment varies depending on the area treated and the number of sessions required (recommended 3 to 6 treatments for optimal results). As each patient’s skin type, tone and concern is different, we may recommend that you combine this procedure with other forms of in clinic treatment for longer lasting results. The treatment cost will be discussed during the consultation and prior to any treatment being performed. 

Forma RF treatment prices start from $600 per treatment, however, package discounts are offered based on the number of treatments required.

Results are visible immediately after your first treatment and the results of one Forma RF treatment can be expected to last up to a couple of weeks, with each subsequent treatment compounding the length of time results will last.

Typically, the results of a full course of 6 weekly treatments can be expected to last up to 12 months. However, to maximise your amazing results it may be recommended to have further treatments at expanding intervals.
